    website for you when you have to rent everything else and then pay further fees whenever you need the website
    changing or updating?  Rent A Site makes good financial sense.


    What's included in a Rental Site?

    The Rent A Site option is all inclusive.  Meaning, your monthly rental fee covers everything a professional
    website requires - custom web design and development (not pre-made templates), domain name and renewal,
    monthly hosting and maintenance plus search engine submissions to Yahoo!, Ask.com, MSN & Google.  I'll
    even throw in two website enhancements such as Yahoo Maps or Directions, Donation Button, Time/Date
    Stamp, Counter, etc., and promotional help at no additional monthly fee. (A $10.00 savings)

    How much does it cost to Rent A Site?  

    Less than you think. A one time, nonrefundable $199.00 website design/development/set up fee plus monthly
    rental fee.  Monthly rental fees range from $25 - $75 per month depending on how many linked pages your site
    has.  (Non profits receive reduced rate)

    Am I locked into a long contract?

    No, there is no contract required.  You just pay as you go for as long as you rent the site.  If you no longer want
    or need the website, cancel at anytime and I will discontinue your web presence.

    Who owns the website I am renting?

    Becky Fields Designs own the copyright to the design of the website, however you own the copyright to the
    content of the website (your text and original photos/logos).  HOWEVER, if you want full ownership of your
    website, both content, layout and design, I will be happy to negotiate a price. You will still owe monthly or
    yearly hosting and maintenance fees.

    What does my Rent-A-Site website package include?

Consultation via phone or email to discuss your website vision, needs and goals.

Custom built, professional looking website with Home Page and necessary sub pages. Sub pages can include
Services, FAQ, Portfolio or Photo Gallery, News and Reviews, Specials, About Us, Contact Page.

Web design construction including layout & font, informational content, images (stock photos or your original
photos/logos), navigational buttons linking pages and meta tag keywords.  

Monthly web hosting with unlimited disk space and data transfer.

Domain Name Assistance (If needed)

Initial Domain Name Registration or Domain Name Forwarding Assistance, if you already own a domain name

Set up of Business Email Addresses and Aliases

Upload of approved and completed web design to Yahoo! Small Business Web Hosting.

Monthly Website Submission to Yahoo!, MSN, Ask and Google databases.

Placement of your website in Yahoo! Locals and other promotional help and advice.

Monthly or Bi-monthly website maintenance to update content (text & photos)
