Around 2007 we further expanded the business to include certified chimney and fireplace inspections and we also took on the plumbing leak and swimming pool leak detection business. In mid 2009, Tracy Homes Inspections sister company “Dirty Jobs Crime Scene Clean-Up Service” opened up in Tracy adding a new dimension to the home inspection business. We not only clean up blood and body fluids from crime scenes, but we also clean up those messes in homes that home owners and home buyers don’t want to deal with. Things like animal urine odors in carpeting and flooring, cigarette smoke odors, gross filth clean-ups and hoarder clean-ups. We can virtually get rid of most any odor in a home and get it looking sparkling clean again. In early 2011 we added “Abby” our mold sniffing Jack Russell Terrier to our services, and she has been a huge hit with customers since her first job! In our 10 years in Tracy we have performed close to 2,000 home inspections. We are your home experts and can help you with most any problem you may have in your home.
