| Types of Inspections There are four types of home inspections which we perform; Inspections for Home Buyers, Home Sellers, New Home Warranty Inspections and inspections for Apartments and Condos. A home inspection is a thorough visual evaluation of the condition of the property. It is a complete examination of the overall safety, soundness and functionality of the components of the property. The inspection report is your tool for making decisions on your purchase and for later improvements.
Comprehensive Inspection Our inspection starts with the use of a check list for items outside the home; the grounds, roof, exterior surfaces, windows & screens, lights, walkways, driveways, patios and porches. We then inspect the interior surfaces, plumbing & fixtures, electrical outlets and panels, appliances, heating & cooling systems, attics, crawl spaces, foundations, and smoke detectors. Written Report A comprehensive written report will be provided to you after the inspection with a summary of recommendations for repair, maintenance or improvements. We also encourage you to be present during the inspections so that you have a good understanding of our findings.
