These variables may include:
- Size or square footage of home?
- Distance to the property (travel time)?
- Type of foundation (slab or raised)?
- Number of buildings on the property?
- Age of buildings?
- Will payment be made at time of inspection or through escrow?
My home inspection also includes a complete roof inspection by a certified roofing
company. There is no additional charge for the roof inspection. You will receive a
separate report on the condition of the roof with an estimate of repairs if needed.
