    design a menu of popular favorites or international cuisine with accompaniments which can be served plated or buffet
    style.

    Your guests can dine on Mexican favorites such as Chicken or Beef Fajitas, Pork Carnitas, Enchiladas, Chile
    Rellenos, or Chicken Mole served with rice and beans.  If your party is not in the mood for Mexican food, how about
    Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, Lemon Chicken, Grilled Salmon or Halibut, grilled steak, fresh seafood or pasta
