Welcome to Casa Grande Mexican Bar & Grill, not your traditional Mexican restaurant. Casa Grande is family owned and operated by brothers Roberto and Javier Arias. Both Roberto and Javier are graduates of the California Culinary Academy where they honed their culinary talents in continental cuisine. Casa Grande serve traditional Mexican favorites such as Chile Verde, Fajitas and enchiladas but also offers traditional favorites with a twist such as their spicy fish tacos where the fish is grilled rather than fried. Or try their fresh grilled vegetable quesadilla or fajitas. Casa Grande uses only the best cuts of meat, fresh seasonal vegetables, fresh seafood and you will only find canola and olive oil in their dishes. Most Mexican restaurants only serve Mexican food, but not Casa Grande. If you're not in the mood for Mexican food, Casa Grande offers daily specials which include fresh seafood and char-grilled steaks. You might find such dishes as Pan-roasted Red Snapper and New York Steak served with rice and fresh vegetables. Try the Seafood Enchiladas or steamed clams. |
